Description:

Datadog is hiring premier-level technical product experts for its Bangalore office to join the Technical Solutions team. The role involves working directly with Datadog’s Premier Customers, assisting with client requests through phone, chat, or tickets, reproducing and resolving issues across 600+ integrations, and participating in product conversations, demos, and health check meetings. Premier Support Engineers build relationships with clients, document solutions, and drive excellence in product usage, operating within a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues (phone, chat, tickets)
• Reproduce problems and resolve product-related challenges across integrations
• Build documentation and knowledge base articles for technical topics
• Participate in client cadence calls, demo/presentation sessions, and support conferences
• Develop relationships with Premier Customers and deliver product guidance
• Collaborate on product improvement based on customer feedback
• Work a rotating schedule requiring occasional weekend availability

Key Technical Skills:

SaaS technical support (multi-channel), Linux basics, Programming (any language, scripting preferred), Datadog platform/integrations, Infrastructure and cloud monitoring technologies, Problem-solving, Knowledge base development, Client communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience in premium technical support at a SaaS company
• Programming experience and Linux knowledge
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and current solutions/technologies
• Superlative client problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work rotating weekend schedules
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn continuously
